I’ve been doing surveys now for about 18 months, but when i first started i, just like yourself, carried out a lot of research about all the different survey sites and slowly but surely i discovered the best ones to join and now i’m receiving quite a good monthly income from them, but after saying that i am a member of a large number of survey companies and some days i receive that many emails that sometimes i find it hard to keep up with them all, but it is worth it as it’s started to pay off. I’ll not mention all the survey companies i’m with because there’s far too many, but some of the better one’s are Global Test Market, I-Say, Toluna, Mintvine, Your Word, My Survey, Swagbucks, etc, etc. What i do is i keep trying new ones all the time and then i keep the good ones and get rid of the not so good.

InboxDollars – InboxDollars is similar to Swagbucks, since you’re going to be taking surveys, shopping, etc., so if you want to maximize your return, sign up with both websites. They also offer a search engine that pays you (like Swagbucks) and you get $5 just for signing up. I won’t continue to list survey sites one after another down the list, but if you want to get paid to take surveys, also check out GlobalTestMarket, E-Poll Surveys and Survey Club.
And you might want to listen to this little section two or three times to fully understand the power of what I just told you, it is the most incredible targeting that exists on the planet Earth today for advertising. It’s unbelievable how crazy targeted you can get with your ads using these custom audiences. So go back, listen to that a couple of times, so you can fully grasp the power of these custom audiences. Something else that Facebook has is these things called “Partner Categories”. Basically there’s companies like Data-Logix and Axiom, who are like, these companies who generate all this data on people so they knew all of the people who buy from online catalogs and shopping networks, and they can tell you if this person is interested in pets, or if this person is a baby-boomer, I target affluent baby-boomers often in my business so I use these partner categories as well.
Don’t forget apps when you’re considering online money-making opportunities. A number of companies will actually pay you for downloading apps on your smartphone — and you’ll get paid for every month you keep them installed. The apps collect data and help companies better understand web and mobile usage — such as what times of day people browse, how long they stay on websites and use apps, and what types of sites and apps are popular (or not).
Because when you import a list of x amount of emails (39,000) Facebook cross checks it with their database and will tell you that your final audience size is x amount (23,900). That means that 15,100 emails did not exist in Facebook’s database so they could not be used. People often use a personal email for FB, and a work email address for opting into email lists, so you will always lose a few.
I agree that blogging is a slower, more time-consuming process, but the long-term rewards can be golden. I do a combination of things, including blogging and I find that although blogging is pretty slow in giving you results, once they are well-written and SEO optimized, the Google bots will lick them like a delicious vanilla ice-cream cone.
Before you really roll up your sleeves and monetize your personal or professional skills, why not right-size your life? Selling your unwanted stuff is a great way to downsize and declutter your life while earning some income on the side. If you’re transitioning to full-time work-at-home status, that income could provide a critical boost to your plans for a proper home office, or allow you to maintain your lifestyle during lean times without resorting to voluntary simplicity.

If you are overwhelmed with “stuff” in your house, check out a great book called, The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up. The book is about changing your perceptions of your things so you can keep what is really important and get rid of what is not.
Annette, I am glad you find this list helpful. And that’s what it’s all about; you are right, you won’t make a living with most of these options (although with a few, like blogging, you indeed can), but you will make some extra cash in your spare time.
Owned by Bridge Entertainment Inc., which was founded in 1977 by Philpott Gerry, E-Poll is an online market research company that pays their users in return for completing surveys. They are unique in that almost all of their market research is focused on the entertainment industry. This can make for some fun and interesting survey questions.
However after my brother came up to me and ask if this program is worth it or not, I quickly decided to write a review so I can show him (And all of my readers of course) just how big of a scam CB Passive Income really is.
The Penny Hoarder has covered selling used textbooks online, but to get that cash in an hour, you need to find local buyers. If you have textbooks, try the closest college bookstore or throw a quick ad on Craigslist.
7. You don’t need a Facebook Page to create a Facebook ad. You can create an ad for a website by selecting the Clicks to Website objective or the Website Conversions objective. Be aware though that Facebook ads not connected with a Facebook page will appear exclusively in the right column, not in the News Feed.
Most OpinionPlus surveys only take between 10 and 15 minutes to complete. OpinionPlus also has a relatively low redemption threshold as you’ll get paid monthly via PayPal when your rewards balance is at least $10. To join, you must be at least 13 years old and have a PayPal account.
Return on Time: 3.0/5.0- On average, you can expect to receive 1-3 surveys every week. It isn’t the best, but there’s been worse. They have a wide range of payment options, but payments can take up to 8 weeks to process.
This is great for clothes and other items that aren’t easily sold online. Side tip: you can save a lot of money by purchasing children’s clothes on consignment. You can do well if you’re selling well-known brands that aren’t too aged. Also, season is everything here. It’s unlikely you’ll do well selling winter clothes in the summer. So, time your offerings wisely.
You can earn money through quarterly dividend payments and potential appreciation in the value of your shares, just like a stock. Cash flow typically comes from interest payments and property income (e.g. rent).
These are great ideas. I’m wondering if you might have more info on how to do #10 Re-write Poorly Written Ads – and how to work out the logistics of collecting the 1% commission. As a bit of a grammar purist, I have wondered about doing this kind of thing before.
9. Deliver shout outs with Facebook tagging: Including tags in your posts is a great way to broaden your exposure, especially when working with other organizations. If you run a doggy grooming company and are giving away Petco squeaky toys, tag them with an @Petco. When they see the tag, they’ll be more likely to share your post with their fans, multiplying your reach by a ton! There’s no reason not to be generous with tags. Tag conferences you’re attending, businesses whose articles you’re sharing, favorite clients, etc. Everyone likes to get noticed, and they’ll remember that you were the one to put them in the limelight.
The miscounting could also fuel concerns among advertisers and media companies about the so-called “walled gardens” that companies including Facebook and Google are often described as operating. Both companies keep a tight grip on data, and only allow limited third-party tracking firms to plug into their systems.
I did a three-hour forum at a local hotel on the concept of chocolate, and got paid £50. I tasted three pieces of chocolate, had a lovely bacon roll and unlimited tea – not too bad for a morning’s work. – LEJC

“In the worldwide marketplace of today, your skills can be used for anything, including mapping,” Mokey says. However, you’re also competing against people in developing nations who are willing to work for pennies, he says.
I have to say I think you wrote a very good review. I bought CB Passive Income a couple of years ago. I have been in the business for around 10 years, and I didn’t need CB Passive Income as I already had been building my own list for quite some time and doing pretty well with it.
Let’s say you don’t want to… this is over the course of a couple weeks by the way, we spend about a thousand dollars a month on advertising this business, but if you wanted to spend $10, then you could generate 140 views of your video, for ten bucks. So it’s really cheap to generate views and you can see over here on the left-hand side people share it, that little image is a bunch of people who’ve shared our video. If you look over here for the same time-period, you can see Facebook.com referral, and it’s $739 in revenue. So even though we’re not advertising a product, we’re just advertising this video, we have that tiny URL link right above the video that leads back to our website, and people are clicking that link, going to our website, and buying our products.
We’ve found that people WANT the hype about online surveys to be true. However, in order to make money on the Internet working at home, it takes (gasp!) work. The promises about online surveys are at best not realistic.
Thanks for the update, I just noticed that Patric Chan has actually updated CB Passive Income and it looks way different than last year. And yes, are nice to download and skim through especially when there are nice visuals but when there are too many words it kinda feels like its a workout just to read through the plain old text. The previous CB Passive Income didn’t have as high a conversion as many of us would have expected so I’ll sure to check out the new version soon. Thanks for dropping by, really appreciate that!
Hi Bill, What are the final objectives of your posts? Are they to simply get likes, or are you looking for sales conversions. What I have found through Facebook, and what The Franchise King may be getting at, is even with a large number of followers and high CTR and relevance numbers, our sales conversions that originate with Facebook is terribly small. So if I had the choice to put my ad dollars on Facebook, or say Google where the sales conversions are far greater, then the choice is clear.
